How do DR Congo citizens pay for the Uganda eVisa application fee?
Citizens of the Democratic Republic of the Congo are required to complete Service fees and Government fees to proceed with the application.
The government fees are paid to the Ugandan Government to process your e-visa application, while the visa service fees include the processing time fee and the service you select through our platform.
For e-visa payments, please make use of the following services:
- Online payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
- Wire transfer: Our service is compatible with the Bank of Cyprus.
However, DR Congo nationals who decide to terminate their e-visa application may request refunds within four hours after their submission. Any visa service orders that are placed after this period are non-refundable. All required documents must be provided in advance before your trips. Due to banking service, the refund processing generally may take 2-4 weeks.
