You only need to complete a quick form online providing information such as your name, the email address you used for the application, your passport number, contact information, and your application reference number. The result of your application status (whether your e-visa application is processed, approved, or pending) will be sent to your email address within a few minutes. 

It's important to note that this tracking service is available only to customers who apply for an e-visa through Uganda Immigration Services.
